Fix rounding scheme edits appearing unsaved until app restart

Fixed a caching issue where edits made to rounding schemes appeared to revert when reopening the rounding editor, even though they were correctly saved to the database. Changes now display immediately without requiring an application restart.
What changed
Rounding scheme editor now shows saved changes immediately
When you edit a rounding scheme and save it, those changes now appear immediately if you reopen the editor. Previously, you would see the old values until you closed and restarted Margin Master, even though your changes were actually saved.
Future price panel rounding dropdown refreshed properly
The rounding scheme dropdown in the future price panel now always shows up-to-date scheme settings after you make changes.
