Install SQL Express in Mixed Mode authentication by default

The SQL Express installer now enables Mixed Mode authentication (Windows + SQL logins) automatically, allowing the MarginMaster SQL login to work immediately without additional configuration. The `sa` account remains disabled for security unless explicitly enabled with a password parameter.
