Margin Master
Fix purchase order import and prevent accidental store deletion
Shipped in Margin Master 2026.911.40037 · September 12, 2026
Fixed several critical issues with BisTrack purchase order processing that prevented PO files from being discovered and tagged, and removed a dangerous prompt that could delete entire store datasets during routine imports. Purchase order files in subfolders are now found automatically, and stores not included in a single import are preserved rather than offered for deletion.
What changed
If you file purchase order exports in yard folders (like "Yard 23\PO1015900.csv"), Margin Master now finds and tags them automatically.
You can now import a purchase order file by itself without needing to import a full catalog file at the same time.
Importing one yard at a time no longer asks if you want to delete your other yards. All yard data is preserved unless you explicitly remove a store in Store Manager.
After importing, Margin Master now tells you exactly what happened with each purchase order file: which ones were tagged, how many items, and why any were skipped.
The PO Number selection box now appears automatically on BisTrack systems so you can filter and price purchase orders without customizing your field layout.
When a purchase order file cannot be used, Margin Master now explains exactly why (missing store number, yard not imported yet, etc.) so you know how to fix it.
When stores are listed as "not in this import," the message now makes clear their data is safe and explains when this is expected.
