True Value Store Assessment: clarify current vs. future sitting margin in UI

Updated the True Value Store Assessment screen to consistently use "current sitting margin" and "future sitting margin" terminology instead of "margin before" and "margin after," and enabled column header wrapping for better readability of longer, more descriptive column names.
What changed
When viewing True Value assessment results, margin columns now say "Current Sitting Margin" and "Future Sitting Margin" instead of "before" and "after," making it clearer which numbers represent your store's current state versus the projected outcome.
Column headers in assessment tables now wrap to multiple lines, making it easier to understand what each column shows without abbreviations or cryptic labels.
