True Value Assessment: terminology changed to "potential plans" instead of "recommendations"
Shipped in Margin Master 2026.1009.37496 · October 10, 2026
Updated the True Value Store Assessment feature to clarify that the analysis shows potential pricing plans (sample models) rather than recommendations, emphasizing that stores are responsible for their own pricing decisions. The terminology now refers to the top-ranked plan as "closest to the goals you set" instead of "recommended."
What changed
When you run a True Value Store Assessment, the screen now shows "potential plans" that match the goals you set, rather than "recommendations." This makes it clearer that you're seeing sample pricing models to help you decide—you're responsible for choosing and reviewing your own prices.
Margin calculations now clearly show "current sitting margin" (what you have now) and "future sitting margin" (what the plan would give you), making it easier to understand the impact of each pricing plan.
The screen now includes a clear reminder that the pricing plans are tools to help you decide, not advice—you're in control of your own pricing decisions.
