True Value conversion status detection and leftover item number support

The True Value Store Assessment now detects whether a store's POS has converted to Do it Best SKUs and clearly displays this throughout the application. Converted stores can now read leftover True Value item numbers still in their POS through Do it Best's cross-reference, ensuring all items are found regardless of which numbering system they use.
What changed
Settings now clearly show whether your store has converted from True Value item numbers to Do it Best SKUs, helping avoid confusion about which numbering system you're using.
If your converted store still has some items using old True Value item numbers, Margin Master now finds them automatically without requiring you to renumber everything at once.
The Store Assessment now tells you upfront whether it's reading your store as converted or not, and how many items are using each numbering system.
When importing Do it Best order confirmations, items you already stock under their old True Value numbers won't be added again under the new SKU.
Stores not yet converted to Do it Best SKUs are now protected from accidentally matching the wrong products for item numbers that exist in both systems.
