True Value: Updated terminology to "pre-transition" and "transitioned"

Changed all user-facing terminology for True Value stores from "converted/not converted" to "transitioned/pre-transition" to align with preferred industry language. This affects displays throughout the True Value Assessment, Store Information settings, and documentation.
What changed
Updated True Value conversion terminology
If you work with True Value stores, you'll now see "pre-transition" (for stores still on True Value item numbers) and "transitioned" (for stores now using Do it Best SKUs) instead of the old "not converted" and "converted" terms.
