Fix DIB Epicor FTP imports using wrong cost for pricing calculations

Corrected Do it Best stores using Epicor FTP to price from Epicor's replacement cost instead of average cost. This aligns DIB Epicor with all other Epicor import paths and fixes margin calculations that were based on the wrong cost value.
What changed
DIB Epicor FTP now prices from replacement cost
If you use Do it Best with Epicor and FTP sync, your Cost and margin percentages will now correctly reflect Epicor's replacement cost instead of the average cost. Average cost is still available in its own column if needed.
